I was born in El Paso, Texas and had the good fortune of being adopted at the tender age of 15 days. I was subsequently transported to New Orleans, where I was raised. Being a better than average math student during my youth, I decided to study pre-Med at college.  Chemistry and I did not get along so well, so I decided to fall back on the math skills, and I ultimately graduated in Accounting from Louisiana State University. 

After college, I worked at a National firm in New Orleans and passed the CPA exam. Despite the strong foundation gained from auditing larger companies, I didn’t find the work fulfilling.  It was then, that I made the decision to work for smaller CPA firms and shift to tax and business advisory services with closely held businesses and their owners.

I started my own firm in 1995 with a handful of clients.  A marriage, two kids (now adults), a divorce, and three decades later, we now have a team of seven, with hundreds of clients that we proudly serve. Although the math skills are important, our business is much more about relationships, communication, and problem solving. In good times and bad, I like being present for our community of customers to help them achieve their financial and personal goals.

I’m a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience in tax planning, preparation, accounting, and business consulting. I enjoy helping individuals and businesses make the most of their financial opportunities while staying on top of the ever-changing tax laws.

I was born in Ekaterinburg, Russia, and moved to the U.S. over 16 years ago to study English—first settling in Pensacola, Florida, where I met my husband, Michael. Not long after, we made our way to Baton Rouge, which we now call home. It’s here that we’ve built a life together, and I’m grateful to be the mom of three amazing kids.

I believe that accounting is about more than just numbers — it’s about people and their goals. That’s why I focus on providing personalized, high-quality service tailored to each client’s unique needs. I graduated from Southeastern University, and ever since, I’ve been committed to building lasting relationships and helping my clients feel confident and empowered in their financial decisions.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, I earned my accounting degree from LSU in 2016 and have been proudly serving my local community ever since. I take a practical, down-to-earth approach to accounting, combining technical expertise with a genuine desire to see my clients succeed.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me reading, spending time with my two cats, or volunteering in the community. I’m passionate about using my skills to make life a little easier—and a lot more empowered—for the people I work with.

I was born in New Iberia, Louisiana, and discovered my love for accounting early through a high school class that blended my interest in business with my love of math. That spark led me to Louisiana State University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting before becoming a licensed CPA.

My career began in a Big Four firm, where I audited both publicly traded and privately owned companies. I later spent eight years with the State of Louisiana in roles that deepened my experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and statewide accounting systems. Nearly a decade ago, I shifted into tax-where I found my true passion. I love helping individuals and small businesses navigate their financial lives with clarity and confidence, and I take pride in making accounting and tax principles easy to understand so clients can make informed decisions and feel empowered.

I live in Zachary with my husband, Ellis, and our three children. Most of my spare time is spent supporting their activities and volunteering at their schools and our church. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and diving into a good book.

I was born in Columbus, Indiana but my family moved to Baton Rouge when I was in Junior High, and have considered it my home since.  I worked as a legal secretary/office manager for a criminal defense firm in Baton Rouge for several years, before deciding upon a career change. With three children, Amelia, Lily and Cooper, this was a rather bold decision, but have since graduated with an M.B.A. with a concentration in accounting.  Since then I enrolled in a post-baccalaureate certificate program in accounting in order to earn the credits necessary to take the CPA exam.  I have enjoyed my career change to accounting because I have the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses to help them stay on course and manage their tax and financial concerns.

When not studying I enjoy spending time with my three children and my two cats, Mina and Rosco.

What started as my first role in the field quickly developed into a long-term profession, allowing me to gain more than ten years of experience across various accounting positions. Over time, I discovered how much I truly enjoy this work — particularly the structure, precision, and problem-solving it demands.

Three years ago, my family and I relocated to the United States, where I have continued expanding my professional expertise. I am currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy and actively preparing for the CPA exam to further strengthen my qualifications.

I'm originally from Hammond, Louisiana and hold a Bachelor of Communications from Southeastern Louisiana University. Before joining The Levy Company, I worked as a licensed real estate agent for nearly 10 years, where I developed a strong attention to detail, a deep respect for confidentiality, and a passion for helping clients navigate important financial decisions.

I'm genuinely excited about this career transition and the opportunity to grow within the accounting industry.
